Imay mention that the Census of Population is taken under the authority Provided in Section XXXV of Ordinance N:8. of 1555, and I purpass hereafter submitting - for approval a Blank farm, which will be, I think, an improvement, on that hestefore in neo for the purpose in this Colony-
